4/26/14 WOD
TT Bike first. 20 min. Warm-Up (Spin, 2 x 1 leg drills, Pace Increase), 1:15 (25 mile) TT/10 rec., 8 x 1/1 rec. Intervals, 10 min. Cool-Down. 6 mile "Brick" Run after- 52:29 min.

Stretching and lacrosse ball for mobility. Hamstrings and inner thigh muscles feel a lot better after grinding them out with a lacrosse ball.
