5/24/14 WOD
Endurance bike this morning. 52 miles- 2:37 hours w/a 5.25 mile "brick" run- 42:07 min.

I usually use part of the bike as a TT, but I needed to get some saddle time in since it was only my second time out. Mobility after; lacrosse ball smashes and stretching.
