7/5/14 WOD
Resting today. I went to the Rays vs. Tigers game last night and after racing, driving to/from Comerica Park, sitting for game, not really eating anything since lunch, made for cramped legs, and overall exhaustion.

No worries though. Stretched and used lacrosse ball this AM. This gives body and mind a break after not having a good day yesterday racing so I can only benefit.
Caseville Olympic Tri next Sunday and I know I'll be ready to go for that.
