Swim (TUE): 10-20 x 50m on 1 min

Bike (TUE): 10-15 x 1/4M on 1 min

Run (TUE): 6-12 x 200m w/ 2 min rest

Row (TUE): 6-12 x 200m w/ 2 min rest

Ruck (TUE): 6-12 x 200m @ 35# Ruck/Boots/Utes rest 2 min

Post sport and distances to comments. Maintain consistently difficult efforts across all sets.

Multi-Sport (3S)

I am finally getting over that 5 day soreness from returning to working out. But I feel (and am) horribly slow.

I had 21 days off work and working out ... did the Komen 3-day with my wife and they went canoeing 9 days in Woodland Caribou Provincial Park, way up in northwest Ontario. It was all a great time and active, but without actually doing WODs, I lost so much conditioning. Time to get back on track now.

Really struggled with Overhead Squats could only get 4 reps at time at 95lbs. Either way, happy I was able to complete exercise never doing that lift before.

CFE without the E
I like following the S & C wods from CFE, but Im having troubles finding time to fit the runs in. Will I benefit from doing the Str and Condionting only with them being shorter wods?

9/5/12 WOD
Intervals on the bike this morning. Kept the intervals to 1 minute on 1 off for 15 sets. Normally I would go 45 since that is the longest it would take for 400m, but wanted to try something different. No S&C today will do that tomorrow. Competing in the MCVi 10K Saturday back near my parents place and I'm kinda going through a regular week of training to see how it affects my body. Hopefully it works out well.
