9/30/12 WOD
Did the 10K as a Tempo Run this morning on the treadmill to hold my pace. 47:41 minutes give or take a few seconds. Really Pleased with that. Moved between 7:39-7:47 pace and cadence was good.

Strength Recovery after along with the foam roller. More mobility work later.

Multi Run
Did the 10k TT and got 42:30! Which is a PR, I actually had wind on my back for half and then dreadfully in my front for last half but I did my first 3 miles at a pace that beat my PR when I ran high school cross country 10 years ago. I focused on form from reading running sample of PSE book. Can't wait for it to be released.

WOD
Started running the 10k, but at the 5k turn around point, I had to stop. My knee felt like it was going to snap. Got the 5k in 30 min though, so I'm happy about that.
