CFE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING WOD:
As Many Rounds As Possible in 20:00min of:
25 - Push Ups
1M Bike (Sub 400m Run if necessary)
12 - Body Weight Deadlifts
Post rounds to comments.
Perform Strength & Conditioning Recovery if needed.
Choose ONE of the following sports:
Swim (SUN): 1200m @ 85% TT pace
Bike (SUN): 20M @ 85% of 12M TT Pace
Run (SUN): 15k @ 90% 10k TT pace
Row (SUN): 15k TT
Ruck (SUN): 10M @ 90% 12M TT pace @ 65# Ruck/Boots/Utes

Bike (SAT or SI): 20M @ 85% of 12M TT Pace
Run (SUN or SI): 15k @ 90% 10k TT pace

10/27/12 WODInterval swim to start this morning. #1- 58,55,48.
#2- 57,55,49. #3- 58,54,48.
Strength & Conditioning shortly after. 175lbs. for Deadlift.
4 sets + 25 Push-Ups + .98 mile Bike.
That was fun! Even though I used a stationary Lifefitness Bike it was good to see the bike involved in the S&C WOD.
Mobility after and rest of day. Wicked 10K tomorrow should be fun. Sparty On/Go Tigers!
