Ruck (SUN): 15k TT, 65# Ruck/Boots/Utes

1/19/13 WOD
10 mile run with my friend Jason Hatton this morning. 1:35 HRS. Good paced out run after feeling crappy yesterday.

Mobility rest of the day. Enjoy the College Basketball today everyone. Sparty On!!

Still very much a newbie
Really tough, but I've made it through three weeks. Not setting any records w/ today's workout. Took me 13:51 to do the 4 rounds. I'm gonna keep working!

first wod in years
Swam yesterday :30 repeats after around half hour of stroke and breathing drills. I only got thought 8 cycles before i felt my midline stability start to fail and the wheels started coming off. It's a start..
