Single-Sport (SS)

Choose ONE of the following sports:

Swim (SUN): 1200m TT

Bike (SUN): 30M @ 85% 20M TT pace

Run (SUN): 2M at 90% 2M TT pace

Row (SUN): 2k TT

Ruck (SUN): 12k TT

2/16/13 WOD
Tempo/interval bike this morning. 15 minute warm-up, 1 hour around 85%/5 rec. Short Tosh- 1 min, 2 min, 3 min for each interval. 7 min. cool-down. Week 5 cadence run after. That was hard after 2 hour bike WOD and icy sidewalks in St. Charles, didn't help. Happy with how run went though.

Strength & Conditioning this afternoon. Did yesterday's Dynamic Deadlift WOD- 135lbs/10 sets/2 reps on 1 min. Today's S&C; subbed 3 Pull-Ups/3 Dips for Muscle Ups. I also used a blue band for Pull-Ups- 9:08 minutes.

Mobility after. Great training day today. Longer steady state run tomorrow.

Really need to work this skill.

Thanks Tim for finding that last Helen. That was the same tendonitis that kept me out of the ING.

WOD (Scaled w/ thin blue band)

Just couldn't pull off the muscle up transition today ... really frustrating to not even get one.
