4/6/13 WODAlternating tempo bike and run this morning. 40 min. bike/1.3 miles run. Last two bikes were 45 minutes. Run times were 9:31,9:34,9:45. Should've paced around 7:25-7:30 for all three runs, but I'll take those times. 2 Bikes were 40 minutes and 2 at 45 minutes. Last 45 minute bike (after third run) was all aerobic. Ended with 2:50 hrs. on bike.
ALternating between two was a challenge. Helped me with my pacing and nutrition. Going to incoporate more of those into training.
Mobility rest of the day. Lotta good sports on Yankees vs. Tigers and Men's Final Four. Enjoy day everyone.
