CYCLING SEMINAR

This is a Specialty Endurance Seminar

Cyclist or not, this course has application for everyone seeking to enhance their performance through power and speed. Led by select head coaches from CrossFit Endurance, this is the ideal introduction to CrossFit Endurance programming and fundamentals that help all endurance sports with an emphasis on cycling/triathlons.

This course will cover power output, biomechanics, pedal stroke analysis, proper bike fit, bike geometry, fueling/nutrition for the cyclist/endurance athlete and CrossFit Endurance programming.

Course attendees will perform a Power Output Analysis to gain an understanding of how to use power, speed and efficiency of movement. Whether you are an experienced cyclist (road, mountain, track, triathlete or cyclocross) or just introduced to the sport, this course will give you the knowledge, experience and education to be successful.

This course has both on and off bike components. Participants should come dressed with appropriate clothing (cycling shoes that are Shimano SPD compatible/stiff soled or flat/zero differential workout shoes).
