4. That's awesome! These teenagers getting started on CF and CFE stuff now are going to be even more ridiculous athletes in the future.

5. How awesome Hallie!

As for the sleep article, I am not surprised by these findings and would like to get more info on this article as it is interesting to me as I deal with many people who work long hours and don't get enough sleep.

7. Total rest for me today here is my post from yesterday, computer was messed up. Intervals in the pool. Set#1 55,1:55,4:05. Set#2 52,1:57,4:10. Set#3 57,2:01,4:18. Need to work form because I could feel it breaking as I tried to keep speed on longer intervals. After school; Deadlift-210 lbs. for the 2 reps on the minute for 10 minutes. 1:26min. for the 30 burpees. So glad for the rest day today.

8. Have had some back problems, but decided to start again. Did yesterday’s S&C WOD with a little lower weights on the deadlifts.

10 x 2 reps on the minute 100 kg
30 burpees, time 1:51 min

10. That's a great accomplishment Hallie.
On sunday I competed in a 25k and finished 30th with a time of 2:04:15 and finished 2nd in my age group. How did I train for it? CFE. What did my diet look like? Strict Paleo.

12. Congrats Hallie...it's only a matter of time until we starting seeing more similarly programmed athletes using CFE and accomplishing big things. Keep it up!

13. Could someone explain the 5 4 3 2 1 part of the Anaerobic Endurance WOD. Thanks!

14. Aaron,
Consider each number a different set in the wod. So for your sets you'll push jerk for 5 reps, rest 3 min, then push jerk for 4 reps....so on and so forth until 1.

15. That makes sense! Thanks Bryan.

16. Is comment # 16, from John Smith, spam? Looks like it.

17. Hallie's feat is as impressive as Russell Brown's, who, as a high school senior, won the state meet titles in the 400, 800, 1600, and 3200 all in the same day. He went on to run at Stanford; may Hallie be similarly sought after by colleges and universities.
