CFE Team Registration

Requirements:
        - Must have an Active CrossFit Affiliate.
        - Must have a minimum of (1) coach who has attended an Endurance Seminar.
        - Have the ability to download and submit registration form online.

TEAM PACKAGE: $295 (one-time only)

                d.     Head coach will have access to a CrossFit Endurance Insider quarterly conference call.

        - 2. Completely fill out the online PDF registration form* and include your order number if you paid online (Billing information section)
