SWIMMING & PERFORMANCE SEMINAR

This is a Specialty Endurance Seminar

The Endurance Swim & Performance Seminar is a powerful day of becoming faster and stronger while increasing overall fitness and performance. The seminar is led by a CrossFit Endurance head coach, who will provide you with in-depth education and the unique opportunity to have your swimming technique evaluated.

This course is an ideal complement to the CrossFit Level 1 trainer course, but the CrossFit Level 1 certificate is not required to attend the Endurance Swim and Performance Seminar.

This introduction to CrossFit Endurance fundamentals is ideal for coaches and trainers, all endurance athletes, CrossFit athletes or for those looking to fine tune swim mechanics. Athletes receive individual coaching on technique and the seminar also covers biomechanics, the science of swimming, nutrition, injury prevention and programming implementation. You will learn why CrossFit Endurance is based on quality of training rather than quantity and how this approach can take your performance to the next level.

The day is full of cutting edge content you can apply immediately in practical sessions after the lectures. Top CrossFit Endurance coaches will help you understand and implement the ideas you will learn during the seminar.  Whether you are racing, training or want to become more powerful, you will walk away from the Endurance Swim & Performance Seminar with a  refreshing perspective on modern endurance training methods.

Please wear clothing you can workout in; a Speedo or proper bathing suit for pool time is essential. Goggles are very helpful as well.

To receive a trainer certificate you must have the distinction of CrossFit Trainer. This is achieved when passing a CrossFit Level 1 written test. If you have not passed a CrossFit Level 1 written test you will receive an attendance certificate.
